ROGUE RIDER INDUSTRIES HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Motorcycles, motor vehicles, off-road, and powersports can be dangerous. Rogue Rider Industries takes no responsibility or liability for the consumer’s actions or usage of any part sold by Rogue Rider Industries. Consumers of the products sold by Rogue Rider Industries are expected to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of those parts. Rogue Rider Industries assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury of any kind related to the misuse or improper application or installation of any part sold by Rogue Rider Industries.
